This year’s Botanical Congress is presented in cooperation with the American Botanical Council (ABC) features more than 20 experts in various aspects of the herbal industry who will provide their insights into key factors that impact your company and the entire herbal industry. Topics being covered include: an update from the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute on their program that incorporates East Asian medicine and herbalism; money and the herbal marketplace; legal and regulatory developments; sustainable and ethical ingredient sourcing; and herbal product safety assessment. Keynote
Licensed acupuncturist Galina Roofener will deliver the keynote presentation at AHPA's 7th Annual Botanical Congress, where she will provide attendees with details about the groundbreaking practice of Traditional East Asian Medicine being incorporated into The Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute’s dispensary.
The Cleveland Clinic was one of the first to open a hospital-based herbal clinic in the U.S. to round out its integrative medicine services and provide supplementary options for patients seeking a holistic, natural approach to their care. Roofener will provide an overview of this program and some of the lessons learned through this innovative program.
