A form such as this can be used to record daily verification that scales are functioning properly. With some modifications, a similar form can be used to document scale calibrations (i.e adjustment of the scale to bring its readings within the required tolerances). Scales used for dispensing, analytical testing, and other critical functions should be verified or calibrated at least daily.
