Personnel Training Log for Herbal Compounding and Dispensing

The Personnel Training Log is available to assist with implementation of Section 3.1 Training. This template can be used by practitioners to create a form to track and record the training of their personnel, particularly for training on topics related to implementation of the practices outlined in the GCDP whitepaper. For example, training of personnel on the health care practice’s sanitation procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment should be documented on such a training log.
