This form can be used to track the issuance of controlled copies of reference documents such as SOPs, specifications, master formulas, etc. Alternately, this information can be tracked in a spreadsheet or database. This type of document tracking is not explicitly required by dietary supplement GMPs. However, companies may find it useful to control the distribution of confidential, trade secret, or other sensitive information.
