A form such as this can be used to document the training of an employee. Some of the information in this log may be compiled from other records, such as a Document Training Log or Group Training Log. Depending on the company’s training procedures and the complexity of the subject matter, formal proficiency tests may also be required and documented on a Proficiency Testing Log.
