Rejected Goods Log

A log such as this can be used to track rejected goods, including rejected materials, expired materials or product, obsolete labels, etc. Such materials should be stored in a segregated area of the warehouse, preferably with controlled access. Each time a material is moved to the Rejected area it should be logged.
