Since February 21, 2014, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has performed four enforcement actions advising consumers not to purchase or use products because FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that these products contain undeclared ingredients.

FDA issued two voluntary recalls for four weight loss products, and two public notifications on one sexual enhancement product and one weight loss product that "contain hidden drug ingredients."
The Australian health agency issued 11 safety advisories in the last month. The agency issued five advisories for sexual enhancement products and six for weight loss products that "contain hidden drug ingredients."
