At the board meeting on March 8, 2022, the AHPA Board of Trustees chartered the AHPA Psychedelic Plants and Fungi Committee. The purpose of this new committee will be to address issues related to the safe use and responsible commerce of lawfully marketed products derived from psychedelic plants and fungi. Elan Sudberg, CEO of Alkemist Labs, was appointed as the committee’s first chair.
